Our Mission at OmLotus Wellbeing is to help you connect with the Best Version of yourself, using the tools of Classical Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama breathing, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing to calm, balance & energize the mind, body and soul.
We provide group and individual sessions which can be experienced in-person at the Omlotus studio or virtually.
Our Offerings include Meditation, Mindfulness, Pranayama breathing,Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation and healing),Sound Healing and Energy clearing with the Himalayan Singing bowls & Gongs, Yoga Asanas (postures), Yoga Therapy, Chanting,Yoga Philosophy and more.
The practices of Yoga, Meditation,Pranayama breathing and deep relaxation are some of the most effective methods of re-juvenating and re-charging the mind and body while releasing stress, anxiety and tension, thus improving overall mental and physical health.
Our Yoga Therapy branch, supports western medical care by using holistic yoga practices to address many physical and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep disorders, pain, blood pressure, heart health, digestive issues, and low immunity.
We also offer customized sessions for Companies to enhance productivity and employee wellbeing.

Our Founder Ruchi Singhal Bhatia has published two books:
