Sound Bath Meditation with Himalayan & Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Pan Drums, Tingsha & Temple Bells, Sanskrit Chanting with Guitar, hand drums. It is a deep form of guided meditation & healing. It addresses many physical & mental ailments like stress, anxiety, pain, insomnia, blood pressure, heart health, cancer,etc. .

Individual therapy by sound healing professionals, with healing himalayan & crystal singing bowls, gongs & bells . Adress many physical & mental ailments like pain, insomnia, cancer, stress, anxiety etc. with this alternate form of healing.

Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation & Healing

Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation technique. & an ancient Ayurvedic practice. The  body is completely relaxed while the mind is alert & becomes a powerful healer, taking prana energy  to whichever part we bring our awareness on, to heal deeply. Yoga nidra activates the reaxation response of the parasympathetic nervous system. It reduces anxiety, stress, tension, blood pressure, blood sugar & pain. It improves sleep, concentration, creativity, memory & overall physical & mental health. 

Pranayama Breathing

Pranayama is conscious yogic breathing. It is one of the most important limbs of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras for holistic health.

Yoga Sutra Classes

Learn how to bring the mental & physical benefits of a Yoga & Meditation practice into your life by studying the ancient teachings of  the Yoga Sutras by the sage Patanjali. Chanting & Kirtan classes

Yoga Asanas - Postures

Classical Yoga Asana classes including beginers, intermediate & advanced level  are available, depending on your individual practice & needs. OmLotus also provides Gentle Yoga & Chair Yoga classes depending on the needs of the individual.
